Software Engineer

Jason Lima.

I build software that's precise, performant, and actually pleasant to use. Currently focused on full-stack web engineering, distributed systems, and writing about things I've learned the hard way.

About

Engineer by trade, builder by instinct.

I'm a software engineer with a background in Computer Science and Business Information Systems. I build things that work—APIs, platforms, product features— and care deeply about the craft behind them: clean architecture, readable code, and systems that don’t fall apart at 3am.

Currently focused on full-stack web engineering with a strong lean toward TypeScript, React, and distributed systems. I also write about what I’m learning, document trade-offs I’ve wrestled with, and occasionally build things just to see if I can.
